Oswald V. MIDIOHOUAN ranks among the consultants associated to SGI-Bénin and who worked for the establishment of AFGC S.A, the first private guarantee fund of the WAEMU. He was a member of the technical team of the steering committee in charge of drafting the business plan, prospecting investors (organizing the Road Show), organizing and monitoring the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Fund.
Since January 2015, he is the Head Department of Auditing, Internal Control of AFGC S.A.
As such, he manages and coordinates the missions and tasks of the said department in terms of evaluating the internal control system, ensuring the financial balance of the institution, checking the regularity of operations and making sure they comply with laws and regulations. He formerly held the Managing Partner position at FISC Conseil SARL (Benin-Togo) in charge of audit missions as well as auditor in various business sectors.
He actively participated in the process leading to the obtaining of approval as a financial institution of a banking nature by AFGC S.A., the only financial institution of a banking nature in the Republic of Benin.
