Prosper Sodokin has joined AFGC S.A as Head of Risk Evaluation & Monitoring Department since March 2015. He ranks among the pioneer’s and lays hand for the establishment of AFGC S.A, the First private guarantee fund of the WAEMU region. He was saddled with the responsibility of coordinating the reviewing of requests for guarantees / warranties and monitoring of risks.
He leads and makes performant operational teams by setting up goals and assessing the achieved results. Not only he is running a sensitive department, a core business part of the institution but also he designs new products and formalizes the procedures related thereto in conjunction with the Head Department of Marketing & Development. Previously, he was the Head Department of Guarantees at Africaine des Assurances, with almost fifteen (15) years of professional experience, with stops at banks like (ECOBANK, BIBE) and at a MFI (PADME).

He actively participated in the process leading to the obtaining of approval as a financial institution of a banking nature by AFGC S.A., the only financial institution of a banking nature in the Republic of Benin.
