Holder of a Master in Business Law and Judicial carees as well as in professional law from Université d’Abomey-Calavi.
Marcos BOSSA is a proven professional in business law, with a professional experience over thirteen (13) years including more than ten (10) years experience in legal advice and assistance as well as in drafting contracts and pleadings in Cotonou Law Firm .
Marcos BOSSA joined AFGC S.A. since October 2017 as Head of Legal Affairs and Compensation. He actively participated in the process leading to the obtaining of approval as a financial institution of a banking nature by AFGC S.A., the only financial institution of a banking nature in Benin Republic.
Since January 2020, he is the Head of Legal Affairs Department of AFGC S.A In this capacity, he directs and coordinates the missions and tasks of said department in terms of formulation and treatment of atypical acts, incidents and legal documentation, recovery and settlement of litigation for the institution, legal watch and legal advice.

He actively coordinated the entire process leading to the obtaining of approval as a financial institution of a banking nature by AFGC S.A., the only financial institution of a banking nature in the Republic of Benin.
